I've been drawing butts on my pots for so long, it was only a matter of time before some butt cheeks found their way into my 2D art.
Working with watercolor, however is relatively new for me. Previously, I have used water-based markers and crayons; I color in the drawing, then go in with a wet paint brush and have an experience that is similar to paint by number.
For whatever reason, I have been resistant to learning how to use watercolor, citing that I didn't have the patience to let the paint dry. Which is an asinine argument, since I have the patience for clay, oil paints, and teaching adult students (if ya know, ya know).
Anyways, I'm excited to see where this journey with a new(wish) medium may take me.
drawings pictured are for sale on my Etsy.
with love, as always.
